I've had a technical support query open with my hosting provider not since 08-04-2008 and nothings been done about it, its been escalated to different departments twice, I've called a few times and had to explain the same issue over and over and for what? A nice green "in progress" label next to the reference number.
The issue is this,if anyone uses the contact form on my "Contact" page the form submits perfectly but the email is never received. the first time it happened I thought it was my fault, I set the script up wrong or supplied incorrect info but no no, for once I had done things perfectly. "Must be a problem with the script itself" I thought and look the host is good enough to provide its own version of formmail for the customers to use, well I'm not too proud to use that, so off i went through their tutorial, script went up, form laid out and a nice little submit button...to nowhere, exactly the same issue. Some of you are saying right now, its the email account, or the spam filter but nope, I can email the account directly and even with the spam filter disabled the mail goes nowhere.
Currently on hold with tech support, again, in queue position 3..

Just an update, Its all been sorted now it took 15 days but its working.
